VTS Subprocessors

VTS, Inc. (“VTS”) uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing to its customers the Application Services as described in the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Use available at https://www.plivo.com/legal/tos/ or such other location as the Terms of Use may be posted from time to time (as applicable, the “Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by VTS who agrees to receive personal data from VTS intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of VTS customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by VTS; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between VTS and the sub-processor.

VTS maintains an up-to-date list of the names, purpose and locations of all sub-processors.
